Treat others as you want to be treated, and make a conscious effort to be inclusive. We listen to each other and value feedback as an opportunity to learn and grow. We embody this by delivering high-quality service, holding ourselves to the highest standards in whatever we do.
Move fast and fix things.
We believe in speed, innovation, and flexibility combined with methodical experimentation; we think before we act. We take risks, consider unlikely solutions, use data to find the best idea, but err on the worst decision being no decision. When we break things, we take ownership, learn, and fix our mistakes.
Diversity is not just a buzzword. We make a conscious effort to question our biases, learn where others are coming from, and make others feel not just accepted but like they truly belong. We don’t do this just because it’s the right thing to do: diversity makes us stronger.
Empower local changemakers.
Change happens at the local level when we support the efforts of activists and candidates by equipping them with technological and operational excellence. We fill gaps in the Democratic Party by focusing on underinvested areas, and work to empower progressives fighting to improve the lives of marginalized communities.
We are part of a larger movement, and seek to share knowledge and best practices to benefit the greater progressive movement. We share as much as we can to be a gateway to activism, get our ideas out in the open, and foster transparency and collaboration. While we compete to find the best solutions and continuously operate better, we prioritize partnership and collaboration over ego.
